Kitchen. Tiled floor and counter tops. 42 " upper, custom made, cathedral arch, hickory cabinets. Corner cabinets with Lazy Susans. Under-cabinet lighting. Ceiling fan. Breakfast bar with tiled counter top and aspen-paneled pony wall.

Dinning room. Oak floor. Vaulted, 1x6, tongue and groove, knotty pine, stained ceiling. Rock-faced, gas fireplace. Ceiling fan. Oak, Entertainment Center! 7' long x 22" wide, floor to ceiling and six cabinet doors on this side. Space for large flat screen. Wired to speakers in the master bedroom and bath as well as speakers in the recreation room upstairs.

Living room. Carpeted. Two more folding cabinet doors on this side of the Center allow a swivel TV to be viewed from either side. Alongside the staircase are bookshelves below a tiled niche. A six foot, sliding door leads to a 15' x 10' sandstone patio and a nice-sized backyard.

Large master bedroom has a vaulted, 1x6, tongue and groove, knotty pine ceiling. 12' pot shelf with a 3'x4' bookshelf, sitting at its end (accessed upstairs). Spacious, his and her closets (Almost 8' long. Three poles and three shelves each).

Recreation room: (Family room) Oak floor. Vaulted, 1x6, tongue and groove, stained ceiling. Ceiling fan. Five storage areas on the other side of perimeter walls. (These are labeled in the slide show picture of the Rec room.)

Two, nice-sized, carpeted bedrooms . Ceiling fans. Insulation in the interior-outer walls and floor provides added warmth and sound buffing. One bedroom has a 1" x 6", paneled wall, pot shelf, storage area above closet and a door that leads to a small deck outside. The other, larger bedroom has bookshelves.

Bath is tiled and has a large, custom made, knotty pine, base cabinet.

Two car garage has eight, knotty pine cabinets and three sets of shelves.

8' x 10' Storage shed in back as glimpsed in the picture above. Shed matches house in materials and design and has a fixed window on each side.

All but two doors in the house are six panel, wood doors. Doors have oil-rubbed bronze, leversets.
There are 84 custom made, cabinet doors in the house and garage.

The house (built in 2004 with but one occupant since) sits on a .2 (point two) acre lot and is located close to Lake Hatcher for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Two blocks away there is an access to the surrounding National Forest with its system of trails for hiking and biking. The trails are maintained in the winter for snowshoeing and fat biking. A few minutes away by car is Coyote Hill, groomed by the Forest Service in the winter with 17k cross country ski trails.

There's a spacious greenbelt in back of the house. (See map below. Greenbelts remain open and unused.) The lot is 80' front (south) & back (north) and 108' on each side.
